Our little brother and uncle, Lonnie Young passed away on November 18, 2025. Lonnie suffered from stage 4 COPD, it took his last breathe.

Lonnie was an artist. He loved music, wood working, stained glass. He was an incredible history buff. He could tell you anything you wanted to learn about Queen Elizebeth. He was a hard worker no matter what he did.

He was such a kind soul. He would do just about anything for everyone. He loved whipping up bread pudding and many desserts. He really loved serving his family. He loved all of his nieces and nephews. He leaves behind his brother, Ron, his wife Debi, their two sons, Michael and his wife Johanna. Matthew and his wife Chelsea. Lonnie’s sister, Karen and her husband Rob. Their four children, Jennifer (Jim) Brandon, Shannon (Shawn) and Kevin Branch.

Lonnie was preceding in death by his parents, Wayne and Violet Young. His sister Mary Lee passed away in 2018.

Memorial service will be held on December
21, 2025 at 1:00 pm at the Marcroft Hall, 9105 Chipita park rd, Chipita Park, CO.
We ask that everyone bring a covered dish.
