Spencer Aidan Lehmkuhl
December 17, 2004 – August 9, 2025

It is with profound sadness and heartbreak that we announce the sudden passing of Spencer Aidan Lehmkuhl, who left us far too soon at the age of 20 on Saturday, August 9, 2025.

From the moment he was born on December 17, 2004, Spencer brought light, laughter, and joy to the lives of those around him. He was full of life, adventurous, and always had a kind heart for others.

Spencer loved being outdoors in every season—whether he was riding his motorcycle, snowmobiling, fishing, or hiking with family and friends. Some of his happiest memories were spent fishing and relaxing at Grand Lake, a place he held close to his heart. He also shared a special bond with his young nephew, Ysandro, creating memories together that will live on forever.

Spencer’s personality reflected all those who touched his life.  His eyes smiled with love and excitement. He was sweet, caring, and approached each day with a good heart and an eagerness to live the day to its fullest.

He had recently begun a promising career as an electrician and was looking forward to building his future. His presence, warmth, and heartfelt spirit will never be forgotten.

We take comfort in knowing that Spencer is now reunited with his Papa Rich—somewhere peaceful, sharing laughs, stories, and watching over those they love.

Spencer will be forever loved and missed by his parents, Sarah and Marcus Lehmkuhl, his brother Braxton, his nephew Ysandro and his grandmothers Brenda Graff and Naomi Lehmkuhl. He also leaves behind the beloved family dogs Mamas and Vader, who were always by his side.

Spencer’s memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved him. The family extends their sincere gratitude to everyone who has reached out to share memories of Spencer and for offering unwavering support during this incredibly difficult time.

Celebration of Life will be held in Spencer’s honor on Friday, September 5, at 5:00 PM at Lazy Land Pavilion at Palmer Park.

In lieu of flowers, you can support Spencer’s love of the outdoors by donating to the Colorado Parks and Wildlife fund in memory of Spencer.  https://www.mightycause.com/donate/Colorado-Parks-And-Wildlife
