Claudia Jane (Carter) Krasikov was received by the Lord Jesus Christ on June 1, 2025 in the presence of family in Colorado Springs, CO; where she resided for 39 years. Born April 26, 1954 to Martha Jane (Abbott) Carter and Joseph Kenneth Carter in Maryville TN. She resided for years in Piney Flats, TN. Remaining relatives include her sister Bettyann Davis, her son Nicholas Krasikov and daughter-in-law Amy, her daughter Gwendolyn Beitz and son-in-law Matthew Schoettmer, her grandchildren Katarina Springer and her husband Ethan Springer, Aleksander Krasikov, Bohdan Krasikov and Viktor Krasikov. She is mourned by numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, Aunts, Uncles and friends across the country. She was preceded in death by her father Joseph Kenneth, her brothers Joe and David, and her sister Linda Combs. Her mother followed her in death on July 8th.She was a Christian woman, musician, cheerleader, and excellent student who joined the US Air Force and was Honorably Discharged as a Vietnam Veteran. She was married to Peter Krasikov for 19 years and their marriage produced two children. Jane served her family as a devoted mother and leader who resumed her professional career in 1984 in the US Civil Service starting at Moffitt Field, CA, moving to NORAD, the Air Force Academy and finally Peterson Air Force Base earning numerous awards and promotions over 30 years; even testifying before the US Congress. She remained devoted to family; delighting in her children, assisting her parents and siblings, and spending time with her grandchildren while enjoying travel to Alaska and Europe, tending her roses, playing games, watching the Broncos win and opening her table to everyone. She remained steadfast in Faith serving in the nursery, cradle school, practicing hospitality and enjoying Bible discussions up to the day she left us to be at Jesus’ Table. She would want our hearts comforted, being knit together in love, and unto all riches of the full assurance of understanding, to the acknowledgement of the mystery of God, and of the Father, and of Christ; In whom are hid all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge. Celebration of Life Services will be held Aug 1, 2025 1pm at Tri-Lakes Church of Christ, 20450 Beacon Lite Rd., Monument, CO 80132
