  1. Amanda I’m going to miss hanging out with you. I remember all the fun we had while making tamales, hoping to make it an annual event. Going to Pueblo to the chile farm, coming back peeling and packing up the chilie and who would make the prettest leaf for the Thanksgiving pies; “the leaf off”! The fun we would have on Halloween hanging out and handing out candy to the kids. But most of all I’m going to miss your beautiful smile and your spunk!! You always use to tell me “you are family” even though we aren’t related by blood. I loved that you, Kevin and Jess lived next door! Always giving me makeup advice and lending a ear when I needed to talk to someone. I know we are not to question why you were taken from us at such a young age but trust in the Lord and acknowledge him. It’s so hard to believe I wouldn’t see you again or hear your impression of Mrs. Swan! But I know you are around in spirit and just a thought away. I will remember you in any frog or red poppy I see and that will put a smile on my face. You will always have a place in my heart Amanda. I will miss you beautiful ♡

  2. Hugs to the family of my cousin Amanda! She and Jessica visited my parents before their passing. We appreciated her love and support as well! She is loved! JoAnn

  3. I worked with Amanda and was glad to be called a friend. You could always rely on Amanda to give you good advice. She had wisdom & was courageous. She was a friend you could trust and anyone who knew her was a better person for having known her. I know how much she loved her family by the way she spoke about them. She was a wonderful role model. Sometimes we would talk about our faith and our beliefs in Jesus. Because of these conversations, I know that when it is my time… she will be there to greet me at Heaven’s door. I will miss her and think of her often. There was no one like her. Rest in peace until we meet again.
