Elsie J. Correa

January 25, 1930 – December 5, 2025

Elsie 95, of Colorado Springs, passed away at home. Born in Vienna, Austria, she spent decades traveling the globe as a dedicated Army wife before settling in the home she loved for over 50 years. Elsie was known for her “kick-ass” bowling skills, her beautifully kept yard, her impeccably clean home, and her unwavering independence. She did what few can: she remained in her own home, passing with the dignity and respect.

She was greeted in heaven by her beloved husband of over 50 years, Wilfred, and her sons, William and Wilfred Jr.

Elsie’s legacy lives on through her family. She is survived by her granddaughters, Michelle Kirk and Monica Trujillo, and her great-grandson, Dezmond Davis. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
