1951 ~ 2018
It is with great sadness that the family of Greg Floyd Sr. announces his passing after a difficult battle with cancer, on Wednesday 6 June 2018, at the age of 67 years in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
Gregory Louis Floyd Sr. was born one of five boys and a girl on 2 February 1951, in Dallas, Texas. He was an avid Dallas Cowboys fan, he had a passion for music, and was proud to be a native-born Texan.
Greg Sr. will be lovingly remembered by his children, Greg Jr. and Jason (Hali). Greg Sr. will also be fondly remembered by his five grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Courtney, Colton, Dominic and Julianna, and by his brothers, Michael Floyd, Steven Floyd Sr. and John Floyd. Greg Sr. was predeceased by his brother David Floyd and sister Melissa Patrick.
A Memorial Service/Celebration in memory of Greg Sr. will be held later this year (date and time to be determined) at White Rock Lake Park in Dallas, Texas
