Sherrie Kay Di Marcella of Denver, Colorado has passed on to peace and tranquility. Those who know her would say she is out of pain and at peace. At her request, we will have a celebration of her life on a date to be determined.

 

Born in Denver, Colorado on December 20, 1944, Sherrie was the middle child and the only daughter of  Albert and Lois Fancher. After 34 years of service as a flight attendant, Sherrie retired from United Airlines.

 

Sherrie was married to her loving Vince for 42 years. They met in 1968, and after dating for six years, she married Vince in 1975. Her son, Chris, was born in 1981.

 

Sherrie loved to do crafts, sewing, and needlepoint. She also loved to travel through Europe, as well as attend Colorado Rockies games.

 

Sherrie leaves behind her husband Vince and son Chris, plus her new daughter-in-law, Julie. In addition she is survived by her two brothers, Gary Fancher and his family, and Barry Fancher and his family, and numerous great and helpful friends.
