1943~2017

Denis Norman (74) passed away June 3 in Denver, CO. He was born on February 19,1943 in Findon, England, and proudly maintained his British citizenship. He was proceeded in death by his parents Denis W Norman and Phillis and Martin Puccio, and his brother Rick Puccio . He also is a veteran of the US Air Force. He is survived by his wife of 30 years Peggy, 7 children, 11 grandchildren, and 1 great granddaughter. Also, a lot of extended family and loving friends in not only the US, but around the world.

His lifelong passion was for trains, the big ones and small ones. He was a model railroad engineer and mechanic. He has passed this passion on to many. Additionally, he owned and operated an auto shop in Brighton for 20 years. He and Peggy were avid Harley riders, and enjoyed many miles through the US together. Denny was loving and compassionate, especially to children. He was a man who knew how to fix anything electrical, mechanical, automotive, plumbing, and everything else. He was an amazing man who was “always right”, and all you had to do was ask him!

A casual memorial service will be held at Ft Logan National Cemetery, 4400 W Kenyon Ave, Denver CO.  on Monday 6/12/17 at noon. He would love to see his family and friends there in Harley, train, and railroad gear!  Reception following service at his home 11321 Kingston, Henderson, 80640
