Carol Ann Moore, beloved wife and mother, passed away on Thursday from natural causes.
She was 68 years old. She was born on January 30, 1949 in Chicago, Illinois. She grew up in with siblings Margaret, Lois, and Louis. She was a devoted wife to her late husband James Moore and a loving and dedicated mother to her children. She also cared very much for her dogs. She enriched the lives of those close to her with her kindness and adventurous lifestyle. She inspired us with her hard work, her character, and her smile.
Carol is survived by her brother, Luis Hosek; by children, Scott Moore and his wife Amy, Tom Moore and his husband Kenny, and Leslie Hall and her husband Eric; and by her grandchildren Amber and Dexter. She was loved and will be very deeply missed.
A funeral service will be held at Sunrise Church on April 29 at 10am.
