1944~2017

Susan W. Beasley, aka Pepper, passed away on March 25, 2017 at Memorial Hospital, Colorado Springs, Colorado.  She was born Susan E. Westfall in Datona Beach, Florida onAugust 29, 1944 to Cecil O. Westfall and Betty Louise Ule.Her family moved to Colorado Springs when Pepper was young. She graduated from Palmer High School in Colorado Springs and then moved back to Florida where she met her husband.

Pepper is survived by her husband of 43 years, Joseph M. Beasley, USAF Retired MSGT, and Jaimee Renee Beasley both of Colorado Springs.

Pepper lived in Colorado Springs most of her adult life.  She volunteered with the Colorado Springs Democratic Party as an electoral judge for over twenty years; worked with the Academy Spouses Club in the Thrift Shop; was also very active with the N.C.O.A. working in concessions at sporting events for the home games of the U. S. Air Force Academy.In her spare time she sold Pampered Chef.  One of her primary loves was to be involved with the Red Hat Council in Colorado Springs and was the Queen of the Purple Majesties for 3 years.

Pepper had a winning personality and was loved by many within the Colorado Springs community and will be greatly missed.

Memorial services will be held at the American Legion Post 209 located at 3613 Jeannine Dr., Colorado Springs.  The date will be Sunday, May 14, 2017 at 2:00PM.  We are going to ask everyone to bring a pot luck dish to share with the guests after the Memorial Service.  Pepper really loved sharing a good meal with her friends.
